**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage ordering processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Fullfill e-commerce orders and drop off/pick up orders at shipping locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and inventory management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a retail context.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques to enhance store performance.
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork and reports efficiently.
- Experience as a clerk or in administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals in store management.
