- Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

- Work Hours: 30 to 48 hours per week
- Shifts & Overtime: Overtime required

- Work Location: Outdoors, rural area, remote location

Job Requirements
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of blueberry farming experience
- Languages: English required; Mandarin is an asset
- Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Key Responsibilities
- Mix fertilizers
- Weed control
- Assist in developing and implementing farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Maintain financial and production records
- Provide agricultural services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting blueberries
- Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Supervise and oversee blueberry farming operations
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Keep work logs and records
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties

- Overtime required

Screening Questions
- Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
- Do you have at least 3 years of experience in blueberry farming?
- Are you proficient in English? (Mandarin is an asset)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Blueberry: 3 years (preferred)
