**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their deli orders.
- Prepare and slice meats, cheeses, and other deli items according to customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training new staff members on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Experience in restaurant management or supervising staff is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required to provide outstanding hospitality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
