Due to our continued growth, Vision33 is currently looking to hire an
**SAP SuccessFactors Consultant** to join our growing team.
**Given the location of our clients, and the remote nature of the work required, we are flexible on location.**

**_As SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for:_**
- Work with the Client HR teams to support technical aspects of project implementations including requirements workshops, system configuration, data migration and testing as well as ensuring knowledge transfer to Clients enabling them to operate their solutions following go live;
- Provide level 1 support to live customers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Coordinate with the HRIS vendor and customer when required;
- Work with the Success Assurance team, ensure clients utilise all aspects of services available to them, and provide suggestion when applicable;
- Work with the pre-sales and broader sales and marketing team to help develop the propositions and operation of these functions; and
- Provide input where required to training and development plans for teams, building understanding of HCM Solutions across our internal teams

**_Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:_**
- Implementation experience with BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors;
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, and HR Practitioner designation would be an asset;
- Knowledge or direct experience with Human Resource Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Knowledge of international labour legislation;
- Excellent communication skills to C level executives, both written and oral.
- Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as a member of a team; and
- Consultant certification(s) for SAP SuccessFactors HXM is preferred.
