**Description**:We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team, specializing in sanitizing solutions for the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on sanitation processes, and offering tailored solutions to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Under the Director of Sales and Food Safety of Ontario you will have to:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Assess customer sanitation needs and recommend the best cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
- Provide technical support on the proper use of sanitizing products and equipment.
- Troubleshoot cleaning and hygiene issues to help clients comply with food safety regulations.
- Ensure clients meet food safety regulations (HACCP, FSMA, GMP, SQF, etc.).
- Work with clients to develop customized cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning and dosing systems.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize sanitation efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide clients with regular business reviews and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, R&D) to deliver tailored solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Experience in the food & beverage industry (sanitation, quality assurance, or technical sales preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sanitizing chemicals, food safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Sales or account management experience in the food and beverage sector.
- Familiarity with automated cleaning systems, CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes, and sanitation audits.
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
