KDM Constructors is a construction and maintenance company created in partnership with three Saskatchewan First Nation Communities. Our company is able to reinforce the trusted relationships individually built by each community to progress forward as a collective.

**Position**

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will operate a Tractor / Skidsteer with mower attachments, as well as manual mowing and trimmer work as needed, in a safe and appropriate manner.

This position will be located at Bethune, SK.

**Job Duties**
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances.
- Communicate any unsafe conditions or wear and/or damage of equipment to supervisor in order to facilitate corrective action.
- Knowledge of the operation of Tractors / Skidsteers / Mowers.
- Perform Daily Equipment Checks prior to each shift.
- Follow Daily Work Schedule as provided.
- Operate equipment in a safe efficient manner.
- Inspect & Clean Equipment Daily & Weekly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience operating Tractors / Skidsteers
- Class 5 Driver’s License / Current Drivers Abstract
- Pre-employment medical exam and drug test will be required.

**Total Compensation**
