**Financial Maintenance Representative**

As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc., also known as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc.

Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

**Position Summary**
- Under direct supervision, within the Financial Maintenance team, works in collaboration with colleagues on receiving, preparing and processing transactions associated with customer accounts, vendors and dealers.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Receive and identify all cheques (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment. Prepare, sort and process daily deposits.
- Process all void cheques received in a timely manner to update customer accounts with new banking information.
- Process lease extensions and refinanced contracts to update customer accounts accordingly.
- Greet walk-in customers at reception and assist them with their concerns.

**F**ormal education- College Diploma (DEC)
- Preferred: University Diploma

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
- Experience in financial services is considered an asset

**Competencies**
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- Knowledge of banking transactions

**Work schedule**
- Availability to work on a flexible work schedule when needed
- Work week 37.5 hrs.
