In the position of **Warranty/ Tower/ Billing**, reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the parts department operations.
**You will be accountable for**:
- Processing warranty claims promptly, reviewing and adjusting returns, and tracking each claim until its final resolution.

- Manage technician bookings based on vehicle service history, and communicate adjustments to department management.
- Maintain records of all submitted, returned, rejected, or paid claims.
- Stay updated on warranty company policies and procedures, identify exceptional cases, complete required documents, and follow up on special agreements with manufacturers.
- Ensure timely closure of repair orders, refund customers as necessary, and fulfill all warranty process aspects within audit requirements.
- Review claims exceeding manufacturer time frames, process and authorize transit claims, and track warranty parts.
- Prepare and provide accurate and timely claim status reports to the Service Manager.
- Monitor the use of special warranty programs, and distribute campaigns, product recalls, and bulletins via the dealer/manufacturer communications portal.
- Review and process incoming work orders and job assignments, assign repairs to appropriate technicians, and track progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining open communication, addressing customer concerns, and keeping them updated on vehicle repair progress.
- Act as the critical link between customers and the shop, listening to their concerns, assessing their needs, and providing updates on repair progress.
- Prepare invoices and collect payments from customers for services rendered, maintain customer records, and enter data into the company's customer database.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**To be successful in this role, you must have**:
- Previous experience in a dealership is a must.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
- Computer proficiency skills.
- Experience with PBS is an asset.

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
