**Training**:

**Underwriting**:

We are looking for mortgage agents and mortgage brokers based in Oshawa area who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry. We are open to all backgrounds, Breezeful helps agents from all walks of life, from flight attendants to financial advisors

You are:

- A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

**You'll be working on**:

- Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
- Manage your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Currently holding a Mortgage License or a valid REMIC/MPC Mortgage Certificate is highly preferred. If not, you **must **be willing to take the required course within the **first** month
- Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset
- Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

**Compensation**
- 100% commissions based role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 - 14 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
