**As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the face of Devon’s portfolio — a sales professional dedicated to converting qualified leads into long-term residents. You’ll combine strategic marketing, relationship building, and exceptional customer service to achieve leasing goals and maximize occupancy across our residential communities.**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Drive Leasing Success: Execute effective leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.**:

- **Showcase Properties: Conduct engaging property tours, highlight key features, and tailor presentations to meet prospect needs.**:

- **Convert Leads: Manage and follow up with leads through every stage of the leasing cycle—from inquiry to move-in.**:

- **Market Like a Pro: Monitor and enhance online listings, signage, and marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and attract qualified tenants.**:

- **Deliver a 5-Star Experience: Ensure every prospect interaction reflects Devon’s commitment to exceptional customer service.**:

- **Collaborate for Results: Work closely with the Leasing Manager and property management teams to align on goals, strategies, and market opportunities.**:

- **Maintain Property Readiness: Ensure suites are show-ready and reflect Devon’s high standards of presentation.**:

- **Know the Market: Stay informed on competitor offerings, local market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.**

**What You Bring**
- **Education & Licensing**:

- **Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Communications preferred.**:

- **Rental Property Management License (or willingness to obtain).**:

- **Experience**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, residential leasing, hospitality, or property management.**:

- **Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales or performance targets.**:

- **Skills & Attributes**:

- **Confident communicator with persuasive presentation skills.**:

- **Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.**:

- **Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.**:

- **Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.**:
