Dufferin Concrete, A CRH Company is currently hiring a **3rd or 4th Year Apprentice - Fleet Mechanic (310T)** to join their growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Working beside some of the top technicians in their field, the Fleet Mechanic Apprentice is responsible for providing maintenance and repairs to the Dufferin Concrete/Ontario Redimix fleet of heavy-duty trucks.
- Use of leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns, ordering required parts, removal, rework and installation of various engine and chassis components, as well as performing maintenance schedules.
- Maintenance and repairs of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps and motors, and air brake systems.

**Requirements**:

- 3rd or 4th year apprentice-Truck and Coach Technician
- Basic knowledge of truck and heavy equipment operation
- Working knowledge of related maintenance and repair practices
- Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, motors, and air brake systems
- Oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
