**Duties**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse working in acute care nursing.
4. Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
6. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
7. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
9. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
