**Opportunity**:
- Your focus will be to continue your scholarly work in an area of accounting, and teach in an area of accounting, tax, auditing, or information systems.
- You will likely have expertise in one of the following areas:
- Information systems and data analytics,
- Advanced financial accounting and accounting standards,
- Tax, or
- Auditing.- You likely have evidence of effective teaching of courses at the undergraduate level, and the beginning of a record of scholarly work in the field. Experience in industry, government or not-for-profit organizations is an asset.
- You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in accounting and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program. In addition, you may be certified as a CPA or are willing and able to obtain a Canadian CPA designation in the first three years.
- You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, and sample of scholarly work.
