Job Description:
Le titulaire du poste sera activement impliqué dans la revue et l’optimisation de toutes les composantes de la rémunération globale des entités de l’entreprise. Il sera un acteur-clé dans la mise en place de pratiques de saine gouvernance liées à la rémunération globale, rémunération incitative et exécutive. Il agit également comme administrateur de la rémunération globale pour un groupe-client.- Identifie et propose des changements dans le cadre de la révision et l’évaluation des programmes existants et du développement de nouveaux programmes harmonisés;- Émet des recommandations et effectue des présentations auprès des direction d’unité d’affaires en matière de rémunération;- Effectue des recherches et collige l’information sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de rémunération et avantages sociaux, les questions législatives et de compétitivité du marché dans toutes les régions où l’entreprise est présente;- En partenariat avec les unités d’affaires, participe au développement, à la rédaction et à la mise en œuvre de la politique commune de rémunération globale- Participe aux divulgations réglementaires en matière rémunération des cadres supérieurs (i.e. circulaire d’information annuelle);- Participe à la gestion des programmes de rémunération incitative à long terme;- Participe à la revue, la maintenance et l’administration des programmes de rémunération des ventes- Coordonne le déploiement des processus annuels de révisions salariales, bonification et achat d’action-
- Conçoit et déploie des initiatives visant à promouvoir les régimes de retraite et le régime d’achat d’actions auprès des employés des unités d’affaires;
- Participe aux enquêtes de rémunération annuelles;
EXIGENCES- Baccalauréat en Ressources humaines, en actuariat ou en mathématiques- 5 à 7 années d’expérience en gestion de programmes d’assurances collectives et de régimes de retraite;- Connaissances approfondies en gestion de la rémunération;- Connaissances en matière de rémunération des ventes- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit- Autonomie, initiative, jugement et bon sens de l’organisation;- Capacité à mener plusieurs projets d’envergure de front;
