Remote Camp Cook

**Job Duties**
- Preparing food for all meal services, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and all hard surfaces
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Assist in unloading the grocery truck
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- All other labour duties as required and assigned
**Requirements**:
- Red Seal Cook Certification or in the process completing apprenticeship preferred
- Post-secondary culinary education
- 2-3 years of previous relevant kitchen experience
- Remote camp experience
- Must have a valid Standard First Aid certification
- Must have attention to detail and food presentation skills
- Available to work a day shift, afternoon shift, split shift, or night shift
- Rotation schedule may be 2 weeks on 1 week off or 1 week on and 2 weeks off
