- Promote, advertise, and coordinate the sales of the company's services and/or products to prospective clients, ensuring that monthly sales goals and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to and coordinate the company's events, specials, and promotions.
- Provide support to the marketing team and ensure all practices have the necessary marketing materials.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Strong leadership skills; dependable and reliable.
- Excellent decision-making, event management, team management, and staff supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a sales team.
- A proven self-starter who can work independently without supervision, as well as someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a high-activity, team-based environment.

**Requirements**:
- full professional proficiency in English and Japanese
- previous sales experience in Japanese
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
