**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the cash register
- Ensure that the front area, including tables and counters, is clean and organized
- Assist in preparing and packaging take-out orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a polite and timely manner
- Monitor inventory of front supplies and communicate restocking needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and order accuracy
- Handle and balance cash at the end of each shift
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support restaurant operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
