**Carpenter Assistant-Union Position**

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in carpentry(decks, framing, cabinetry, pergolas)
- Previous experience working with custom projects, measuring, cutting, using tape measure and power tools
- Strong work ethic - reliable and punctual
- Organized and able to take direction
- Detail-oriented and a passion for quality of work
- Able to work outdoors with change in temperatures
- Ability to be a visible team-player and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude
