**Position Overview**
We are seeking a experienced Production Painter to prepare, paint, and finish garage doors to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone detailed oriented, efficient, and passionate about producing excellent results.

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Inspect finished doors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain painting equipment and a clean, safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as an industrial, automotive, or production painter required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment.
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and handle products as required.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
