Getoutside Shoes offers Toronto's best selection of classic and cutting edge name-brand footwear and has been doing so for over 20 years. Our flagship store is located at Queen and Spadina in the epicenter of Toronto's fashion, design and entertainment districts.

We are currently accepting resumes for the **Sales Associates**.

Sales associates must be customer service oriented, reliable, have strong communication skills with the ability to control, prioritize, service and follow up with customers. They are someone who is driven, passionate and team player.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide world-class customer service in every encounter
- Maximize sales and understand the importance of high KPI's (SPH, ADS, UPT)
- Effectively communicates with co-workers, customers and management
- Maintain strong loss prevention awareness and compliance.
- Accountability for all aspects of job expectations and responsibilities
- Drive results and provide superior customer interactions and lead by example.
**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year in a retail/sales/customer service position (preferably high-volume)
- Fashion retail experience an asset
- Knowledge of fashion trends, footwear and possess brand awareness

- Have proven work ethic with utmost integrity
- RELIABLE, Ambitious, goal driven and organized
- Self-aware, with a desire for constant self-improvement
