This 4-month internship, Summer 2025 term, starting in May is your opportunity to gain valuable hands-on corporate sustainability experience.

Join our dynamic team to explore the intersection of mining and sustainability. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Reporting Intern to support our sustainability initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of ESG Reporting & Governance, you’ll gain valuable experience in ESG research, reporting standards, and data management.

1. Conduct Research and Analysis
- Monitor and review ESG megatrends, including industry developments
- Conduct peer benchmarking to evaluate sustainability governance, performance and disclosure practices
- Stay updated on emerging reporting standards (e.g., IFRS S1 and S2 and CSDS 1 and 2) and summarize key updates

2. Support Gap Assessments
- Assist in conducting gap assessments on sustainability performance and disclosure topics to identify areas for improvement
- Support the development of recommendations to address identified gaps in alignment with reporting standards

3. Support the ESG Reporting Software Implementation Process
- Contribute to the implementation of an ESG reporting software, ensuring alignment with the company’s reporting needs
- Assist with the export and/or migration of historical ESG data

Qualifications

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Currently working towards an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business or Finance
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong research, communication and organizational skills
- Experience and/or interest in corporate sustainability
