**Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team at Fennec Kitchen & Bar in the heart of our community. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to our mission of excellence in hospitality.
This position would require availability for lunches and/or evenings.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service to guests. Take orders and payments.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage pairings.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
