- **Title**: Security Guard - Casual **(Rosser, R0H 1E0)**:
- **Schedules**: 0700-1500, 1500-2300, or 2300-0700 (Open availabiltiy is required)
- **Pay rate**: $16.30 per hour.
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
**Requirement**:
- Must have a valid MB Security Guard License
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
