Framer/labourer

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
- Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, concrete, and other materials
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as required
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete framing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct restoration work as needed, ensuring structural integrity
- Operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in woodworking techniques
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing processes
- Familiarity with siding installation techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience with welding is a plus
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $22.03-$31.28 per hour
