**The Position**:
A multi-unit Residential Apartment Company is seeking a Leasing Agent to provide support in running the day-to-day administration of an apartment rental business. This is a full-time position.

Residential Apartment Company with over 20 years of experience in providing affordable and comfortable apartments combined with a high level of service to our clients.
**Job Description**:
- Leasing units, collecting rent, staffing the on-site office and communicating with tenants
- Assisting the Rental Office Manager with Property Administrative Management
- Rent Collection, Arrears Management
- Lease Administration and Tenant Liaison
- Prepares and edits letter of intents and temporary lease agreements, as required
- Other assignments within the parameter of the scope of the Assistant Rental Office Manager position
- Work directly with and report to the Rental Office Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in residential property leasing including knowledge of property administrative and customer service practices
- Strong customer service orientation and delivery
- Skilled in organizing and supervising multiple simultaneous service requests
- Good written and oral communication
- Experience utilizing Property Management software
- Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines
**Work Conditions**:
Primarily office-based requires regular work in front of a PC, desk, phone, with some requirement for physical site visits and inspections of portfolio property on an as-requested basis by the Rental Office Manager.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
