Dishwasher/food Prep

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Perform cooking tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety standards.
- Support banquet and catering events by preparing food items as needed.
- Buss tables and assist with serving during peak meal times or special events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within restaurants, hotels, or catering services is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
- Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
