This individual is responsible for assisting the sectional growers and assistant growers in trimming, pruning and caring for plants.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
a) Assist the Sectional Grower and Assistant Grower.
b) Participate in the care of Greenhouse production.
c) Harvesting.
d) Preparing growing rooms for crop.
e) Facility sanitation as required
f) Follow Good Manufacturing (GMP), Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR), and safety regulations
g) Work in compliance of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
h) Other duties as assigned

**Required Education and Experience**:
a) High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:
a) Meticulous attention to detail
b) Solid manual dexterity using scissors, snips and sheers.
c) Strong work ethic with a track record of being reliable and punctual and a positive “can do” attitude
d) Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
e) Commitment to working in a team environment
f) Ability to carry out repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality
g) Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required
h) Ability to stay organized and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of product.
i) Willingness to perform varied tasks as required.
j) Experience in a similar setting
k) Willingness to work in a loud, confined space.

**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**:
a) Previous experience in a Licensed Cannabis grow environment
b) Experience and knowledge of RedeCan product and practices
