Parts Advisor

Brouwer Kesmac is a manufacturer of Turf Equipment, both heavy and light duty equipment, located in Keswick Ontario. We are a full manufacturing facility from fabrication of sub assemblies, welding and paint, to complete sod harvesters.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Mechanically inclined and attention to detail is essential.
- Background in agricultural and/or heavy equipment an asset but not required.
- Hard working and well organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft office, inventory control systems and invoicing.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Process and pack customer parts orders accurately and on a timely basis
- Issue customer parts invoices, RGA’s and credits
- Follow up on customer back orders with appropriate parties
- Solicit new parts orders from dealers/ customers
- Responsible for physical inventory count in parts department
- Process parts requisitions for purchasing department
- Coordinate stock transfers from warehouse location in US.
- Maintaining area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Assist/ backup for shipping receiving department as necessary including Operations of forklift to load and unload products from the trucks

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Previous experience in inventory controlled/ shipping environment an asset.
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritization tasks
- Hard working
- Excellent communication and team work
- Familiar with reading and understanding parts manuals
- Punctual and reliable
- Forklift certified preferred

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Office work at a computer as well as normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to, steel toe footwear, eye, ear and hand protection when in the warehouse.

**ADDITIONAL NOTES**

40 hours per week, medical benefits, dental benefits & life insurance benefits. Working hours to be determined but between the hours of Monday through Friday 730am - 4:30pm
