Gymnastics Instructor

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and age groups.
- Educate students on proper techniques, safety procedures, and the fundamentals of gymnastics.
- Conduct warm-up exercises, drills, and skill progression activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching methods.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor or coach is preferred but not required.
- A background in competitive gymnastics or related sports is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
- Ability to work well with children and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus, as well as any relevant coaching certifications.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-06-23
