**Responsibilities**
- **Strategist** - Help students develop test-taking strategies to maximize efficiency and performance.
- **Mentor** - Support students academically, boosting confidence and motivation.
- **Assessor** - Identify strengths and weaknesses through diagnostic testing and targeted feedback.
- **Planner** - Create personalized study plans and schedules tailored to each student’s goals and timeline.

**Experience**
- **Previous experience in SAT Tutoring-Required**:

- **Stay updated on SAT changes** (e.g., format updates, scoring policies, digital SAT adjustments).
- **Adapt teaching methods** based on individual learning styles and needs
- Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom management
- Strong communication skills to effectively present information
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
