Bartender/mixologist

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Monitor guest consumption levels to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
