**About Us**
The Shoreline Power Group is a fully integrated Joint Venture of Aecon, United and SNC-Lavalin. Shoreline Power Group will be completing the Fuel Channel and Feeder Replacement (FCFR) project. The joint venture has been awarded a contract by Bruce Power to execute the Unit 6 and Unit 3 FCFR at the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station in Kincardine, Ontario.

This project is part of Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program, which will allow Bruce Power’s CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064, the project is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program to replace the main components of the reactor. Unit 6 is the first of six reactors being replaced by Bruce Power through the MCR program.

The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders for Unit 6 and Unit 3, as well as construction management and trade labor.

Under the direction of the Series Training Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator - Training will support and liaise for the training team. The Junior Project Coordinator - Training is responsible for administering and archiving documents related to the training program. They will be expected to Audit signature/approval status of the documents and enter their completed status into a tracker as work progresses. They will be expected to monitor the progress of the training program, and report in a timely manner the delays and issues experienced during the training program execution. They will be required to generate some documents, spreadsheets and trackers to improve efficiency and organization at the training centre.

**What You'll Do Here**
- They may be required to create new processes in training to better facilitate delivery of materials
- Print, deliver and tend paperwork throughout the training program
- Ensure that documentation is being completed in a timely fashion
- Liaise with the Trainers, Fore and general forepersons of the training center
- Observe and report on the progress compared to the written training plans
- Update Qualification trackers with completion status of training program
- Generate and tend items such as, but not limited to, Consumable trackers, mock up component trackers, and material floor space usage trackers
- Facilitate the documentation required for training during the delivery process
- Produce order and requisition forms for supplies needed in support of training
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions

**What You Bring To The Team**
- Post secondary school education in an Business administration discipline
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in an administrative position, preferred construction environment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Skills using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Project
- Experience with database management and programming an asset
- Knowledge of SAT/ADDIE training considered an asset
