**Job Overview**: As an Escape Room Employee, you will be responsible for providing an immersive and thrilling experience for our customers. You will guide them through the various challenges and puzzles within our escape rooms, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with an overview of the escape room experience. Answer any questions they may have and ensure they understand the rules and objectives of the game.

2. **Game Facilitation**: Guide participants through the escape room experience, providing clues and assistance as needed. Monitor their progress via surveillance cameras and provide hints when requested or when participants are struggling.

3. **Safety**: Ensure the safety of participants at all times by familiarizing yourself with emergency procedures and maintaining a secure environment. Be prepared to intervene if any safety concerns arise.

4. **Game Resetting**: Reset the escape room after each group has completed the experience, ensuring that all puzzles are reset and props are returned to their original positions. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

5. **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other staff members to coordinate game schedules, manage bookings, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

6. **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from booking inquiries to post-game feedback. Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.

7. **Promotion and Sales**: Actively promote additional services or merchandise offered by the escape room facility. Encourage customers to leave reviews and share their experiences on social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Prior experience in customer service or entertainment industry preferred.
- Knowledge of puzzles and game design concepts is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence & Car (required)

Work Location: In person
