Un cabinet de naturopathie bien établi et prospère recherche un membre de l'équipe pour gérer le dispensaire sur place de suppléments et de produits naturels.

Les **TÂCHES **comprennent:

- Gérer l'inventaire sur site,
- Réception des commandes de suppléments des patients,
- Passer les commandes auprès de nos divers distributeurs et producteurs,
- Préparer et envoyer aux clients leurs factures en ligne, et
- Communiquer directement avec les patients (téléphone ou courriel) lorsque cela est nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins des patients.

Les **COMPÉTENCES **requises comprennent:

- Consciencieux, motivé de manière indépendante et organisé avec une grande attention aux détails,
- Communiquer de manière efficace, compétente et professionnelle en français et en anglais,
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Windows Word et Excel,
- Disposition confiant/e, respectueux/se, discrèt/e et amical/e,
- Un respect de la politique sans parfum de la clinique; éviter d'utiliser des produits de soins personnels parfumés et des parfums.

**Inventory Manager of a Natural Products & Supplements Dispensary**

We are a well established and busy naturopathic practice looking for a conscientious, organized, and bilingual dispensary manager to oversee the inventory and patient orders of supplements and natural products.

**TASKS** include:

- Managing onsite inventory,
- Receiving clients’ supplement orders,
- Placing orders from our varied distributors and producers,
- Preparing and sending clients their invoices online, and

Required **SKILLS **include:

- Conscientious, independently motivated and organized with a great attention to detail,
- Communicate effectively, proficiently and professionally in both French and English,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Word and Excel,
- Confident, respectful, discrete, and friendly disposition,
- Compliant with the Clinic’s scent-free policy; the avoidance of using fragranced personal care products and perfumes.
