A-Line Distributors is a family-owned and operated lock and door hardware distribution company with an excellent reputation in the business for over 45 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to be a part of a growing and dynamic organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect received shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Safely and efficiently store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Accurately pick products from inventory as per orders.
- Inspect products for any damage or defects and report any issues to the relevant personnel.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in shipping-receiving or warehouse work is preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment and take direction
- Ability to manage physical demands of packing, unpacking and stocking door hardware products (including lifting up to approximately 50 lbs)
- Basic computer skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
