Daily Functions / Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and hold accountable project team members and associated resources
- Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, and status reports for any projects or programs within area of accountability
- Facilitate regular project team meetings and communicate action items
- Ensure adherence to communication cadence across the project portfolio
- Plan out resources across the program portfolio and pipeline with functional managers
- Work with stakeholders and project team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure completion of projects within budget and scheduling restraints
- Maintain compliance with organization security and data privacy requirements
- Identify potential blockers and mitigation strategies to risks using a proactive approach

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or business
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading highly visible, complex IT programs/projects
- PMP certification required
- Strong preference for experience with cybersecurity and ISO standards
- Ability to influence others to move to a common vision through relationship building and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with sensitive data, change management processes and within a SOX controlled environment
- Experience working with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or similar
