**Job Summary**:
As a **Research Associate** for our **Biomarkers**team at the **Senneville**location, you will be responsible for monitoring studies and improving the efficiency and quality of work.

In this role, primary **responsibilities** include:

- Prepare the documents needed to carry out tests in the laboratory (validation and production);
- Perform curve regression and reprocessing where necessary, and enter test results into database;
- Tabulate results;
- Manage sample inventory;
- Work closely with scientific staff;
- Participate in the drafting and modification of SOPs and special procedures;
- Participate in technical work in the laboratory (R&D, validation, production) when assistance is required (if trained). Act as a resource person to resolve technical problems.

**Key Elements**:
We are looking for the following **minimum qualifications** for this role:

- At least 2 years’ experience with ELISA;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of other platforms such as Luminex and Mesoscale is an asset;
- Knowledge of Watson is an asset;
- Good adaptation to change and stress management;
- Good management of priorities;
- Good organizational skills.

**Role Specific Information**:

- **Location**: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- ** Transportation**: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Annual bonus based on performance;
- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday, daytime between 8am to 4:15pm. Depending on the business needs, you may have to do overtime;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
