**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Assist with electronic medical records management and data entry
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team will contribute to the overall success of our practice.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
