**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and manage acute care situations effectively.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication.
- Perform data collection for patient records and research purposes.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and pain management strategies.
- Participate in hospital rounds and provide care in various settings as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Proficiency in medication administration and acute care practices.
- Familiarity with medical office operations and patient care protocols.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Experience with data collection for clinical research is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $185,166.20-$420,601.41 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
