**Summary**

We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our compassionate team at Sidney All Care Residence. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while fostering meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any changes in health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for all residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in resident areas and common spaces.
- Support residents with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Document care provided and report any concerns to nursing staff.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in patient care or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.50 per hour
