The Roll in a Nutshell
- Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:

- Demolition
- Structural Framing
- Window & Door installation
- Insulation
- Trim Carpentry
- Exterior finishing
- Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1- 3 years in residential renovations/construction
- Driver's License and own transportation
- College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required.
- First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required.
- You aspire for a long-term career in construction.
- You have a real passion for working with your hands and building.
- You enjoy variety in what you do.
- You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
- You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.
- You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.
