**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a member of our Building Services team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Testing concrete i.e. slump test & air tests;
- Casting cylinders for compressive strength and beam moulds;
- Driving to various site locations;
- Maintaining daily records of all test data;
- Working within a concrete laboratory and being responsible for other lab related duties;
- Working outside and being exposed to changing weather conditions, and;
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completed a two or three year college program in Civil Engineering technology or a closely related discipline;
- CCIL Certification will be considered an asset;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Possess a valid G license with access to a registered vehicle and insurance;
- Clean Driver's Abstract is required;
- Must be able to lift/move heavy equipment;
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

**Eligibility to Work in Canada -** It is important that you are legally eligible to work in Canada at the time an offer of employment is made. You may be requested to provide proof of eligibility at that time.
