**Position Duties**:

- Provide outstanding customer service with frequent customer contact and high visibility in the dining room.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that all items served meet our high standards.
- Responsible for enquiring about the guest’s experience in a sincere and caring manner and notifying a manager or shift lead immediately if a negative guest experience is identified.
- Responsible for greeting and thanking each and every guest in a sincere manner.
- Ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed as the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas are a top priority.
- Ensure that customers are aware of current and upcoming features, events and promotions.
- Assist with the training and development of new employees if required.
- Responsible for handling cash.
- Adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures.
- The cleanliness of the entire restaurant, exterior and parking areas are a top priority and all team members are expected to work together to ensure the cleanliness of these areas.

**To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements**:

- 2 years bartending experience
- Be able to work positively within a team environment.
- Be able to work weekdays, evenings and weekend shifts.
- Serving It Right
- BC Lotto Certification
