Experienced Class 5 Delivery Swing Driver

**Earnings potential from $2,000.00 bi-weekly on average (during training and beyond)**

**Terminal: Saskatoon**

**Full - Time permanent with benefits**

**Start time: 6:00AM to 4:00PM Working days: Monday to Friday**

**Overtime: Overtime is based on freight volume, weather, mechanical delays etc.**

**What you will do**:

- Drive a _**3 or 5 Ton Truck **_to deliver and or pick up freights to assigned stops within Saskatoon
- Deliver freights in good condition and within scheduled time _**(approximately 20 to 40 deliveries/day)**_
- Use a handheld device to scan documents and freights
- _Load and Unload freight in proper sequence with the use of a dolley and or pallet truck _**Lift and carry up to 60-75lbs. of freight**_
- Complete any necessary paperwork accurately
- Perform all safety checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Report on all safety hazards and accidents
- Use a cellular phone to communicate with Dispatch, Lead Hand and Manager ie. Truck breakdowns, delivery concerns, answer calls, texts etc.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong client relationships
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Additional duties as required

**What we require of you**:

- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 5 License is a must
- Valid Class 3 Commercial Driver’s License is an asset
- Possess a Clean Commercial and Personal Driver’s Abstract
- Courier or LTL experience is an asset
- Minimum 2 year _**COMMERCIAL COURIER DELIVERY DRIVING**_ experience
- This shift will be Monday to Friday from 6AM to 3:30PM. Overtime offered based on freight volume, delays etc...
- _**Lift and carry freight up t**_**o 75 lbs.** and load in proper sequence of delivery with the use of a dolley and or a pallet truck **Excellent communication and problem solving skills**:
