Strata Property Manager
- Great Vancouver

Panda Luxury Homes is seeking a full-time licensed Strata Property Manager to join our growing team. This position is available immediately.

Position Responsibilities
- Meeting with new clients, capable of closing deals.

Scheduling, preparing and attending the minutes of all meetings, including council meetings, AGMs and SGMs
- Working closely with Council to prepare annual budgets and financial statements
- Handling day-to-day operation, maintenance and administrative work
- Maintaining all the records and providing general supervision on contractors
- Comprehensive familiarity of the forms under the Strata Property Act
- Creating and maintaining great relationships with Strata Council and Clients

**Qualifications**:

- Strata Management license in BC
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in strata management would be desirable
- A good understanding of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Service Act
- Ability to hold Strata council meetings, AGMs and SGMs
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, and previous experience in a customer service is an asset
- Good at using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
- Detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Speaking Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an asset
