**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Scientist to join our innovative dental analytics startup. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets from dental practices, developing actionable insights, and creating reports that drive business growth for our clients. Proficiency in data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and experience with APIs are essential.

**Duties**
- Analyze and interpret large datasets from dental practice management software.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that present data in an actionable format.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure seamless integration of data.
- Create statistical models to predict trends and identify opportunities for clients.
- Work with big data technologies to process and analyze vast amounts of information efficiently.
- Conduct experiments to validate models and algorithms while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data science methodologies to continuously enhance skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and management.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., AWS) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in data mining techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.
