DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure excellent guest experiences
- Must have bartending experience
- Ability to demonstrate high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player
- Coaching and mentoring a great team while being involved in decisions for the store
- Commit to a high stand product with food and beverage programs
- Mentor and train employees on a regular basis
- Hiring and training new additions to the team
- Maintain building cleanliness and upkeep
- Administrative tasks required
- Organizing and conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating pertinent information to all staff
- Employee scheduling
- Driving product and service culture, continually checking with guests and service staff

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newton, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
