Achievers’ Global Revenue Enablement & Training team is looking for a builder passionate about process, training, and leading enablement programs designed to deliver a world-class experience. As our Sales Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for the learning experience and in-role success of our global Sales teams. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and challenge the status quo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery, management, and scalability of onboarding / continuous learning programs for our end-to-end sales cycle functions.
- Uses an array of tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning through self-study, practice, and performance support to decrease ramp time and increase effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor new hires throughout their onboarding and foster a data-driven coaching culture in partnership with leadership.
- Implement new processes and tools to increase the efficiency of our global Sales and Customer Success teams, while removing as many obstacles as possible from their current workflow.
- Develop and curate all content and documentation for our Sales Managers including playbooks, training, and product material to ensure that all information is easily and readily available.
- Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences for our prospect and customer-facing teams.
- Leverages rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create learning for a rapidly changing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in an enablement function with demonstrated ability to onboard, transfer skills and coach new hires, while driving learner engagement.
- Post-secondary education in business, education, or a related field.
- Successful record of building effective onboarding and adult learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle (Sales and Customer Success) methodologies and processes to increase revenue.
- Previous experience in sales or customer success functions with a strong understanding what it means to be in these roles to drive revenue and understands pain points that can be alleviated.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global SaaS company or delivery of global training programs.
- Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously; maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve outcomes.
