**Position Summary**
As a Food Service Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. From blanching fresh-cut fries to crafting the perfect poutine, you’ll keep the energy high, the food hot, and the atmosphere rockin’

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Deliver Legendary Service**: Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and create a fun, positive atmosphere.
- **Craft Poutine Masterpieces**: Prepare delicious poutines using fresh ingredients and our signature recipes.
- **Blanch & Fry Like a Pro**: Properly blanch and cook fresh-cut fries to Smoke’s standards.
- **Follow Cleanliness Protocols**: Keep the kitchen, service, and dining areas in tip-top shape, always meeting food safety standards.
- **Work as a Team**: Collaborate with teammates in a fun, fast-paced, and friendly environment.
- **Handle Transactions**: Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
