National Sales Representative

As a National Sales Representative (NSR) at Q-Line, you’ll play a key role in generating new business and expanding our market presence. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional eager to secure new accounts, grow client relationships, and contribute to Q-Line’s ambitious revenue goals. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the NSR is responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting, and closing new accounts that align with our transportation services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and research prospective clients in the trucking and logistics industry to build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive ongoing business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- **Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- **Client Onboarding**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and transition accounts to long-term account managers as needed.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and contribute to Q-Line’s go-to-market approach.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a business development or sales role within the logistics, transportation industry or any transportation adjacent industries.
- **Skills**: Strong prospecting skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM tools, market research methods, and a foundational understanding of trucking or logistics services is a plus.
